Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Please note that completing the Referral Form is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Thank you for your interest in the Proag Wearparts Referral Rewards Program.  We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

For the purpose of these Terms the individual making the referral will be known as the “Referrer”. The individual referred will be known as the “Referred Party”

Referrers are bound by these terms by these Terms and Conditions when participating in this program. By participating in the program, the Referrer agrees to use the program in the manor and spirit intended and specified in these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms in full you are not authorised to participate in the program in any manner.

Participation, General

To participate in the program you must personally recommend Proag OR Wearparts to others that are not current Wearparts or Proag Customers AND also notify Proag of the referral by providing the Referred Party’s contact details as specified in B. (Making the Referral).   This Program is open to New Zealand Residents only.

A.  Eligible Referrer

To be an eligible referrer you must be over 18 years of age, have had experience purchasing from Proag or Wearparts and be residing in New Zealand.  To be Eligible to receive a reward Referrers must not have a balance owning on their Proag or Wearparts account that is more than 60 days overdue or have an account on Stop Credit

 B. Making the Referral

By making the referral the Referrer agrees they have gained prior consent from the Referred Party to providing their personal details to Proag. Notification of a referral can be made by completing the Referral Form ( https://www.wearparts.co.nz/form/6)  or by calling 0800 00 31 32. Notification must be made prior to a Referred Party contacting Proag or Wearparts for in order to gain the Reward Point.  Referring one party  to both Wearparts AND Proag will only count as one referral.

 C. Qualified Referrals Wearparts

  1. Must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Must reside in New Zealand
  3. Must not have purchased from Wearparts within the last 5 years.
  4. Must own or make the parts purchasing decisions for Hay Making equipment or Cultivation Equipment or Feed Out Wagons.
  5. The Referred Party has agreed to their contact details being supplied to Proag and are willing to be contacted by a Sales Representative.

 D. Qualified Referral Proag

  1. Must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Must reside in New Zealand.
  3. Must not have purchased Proag Crop Packaging within the last 5 years.
  4. Must own a baler or make crop packaging purchasing decisions.
  5. The Referred Party has agreed to their contact details being supplied to Proag and are willing to be contacted by a Sales Representative. 

 E. Reward Points, Prizes Options and Delivery

Referrers will earn 1 reward point for each qualifying referral. Each point counts towards a cumulative points total. Referrers will be contacted to arrange the delivery of rewards as the reach each reward level.  Proag reserves the right to amend or remove reward options and reward levels at any time without notice. Reward Points do not expire for the duration of the program. Reward point allocation is subject to verification. Proag reserves the right to refuse, disqualify or remove referral reward points if the Referred Party does not meet the qualification criteria. Reward Points are not transferable to third parties.   Rewards will not be sent to any Referrers with balance owning on their Proag or Wearparts account that is more than 60 days overdue or to any accounts on Stop Credit.

Referral Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash or discounts.

Proag makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, Proag is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the program or acceptance or use of the Referral Reward.

 F. Termination of the Program

Proag reserves the right to terminate or modify this program at any time without notice. All rewards points will be automatically expired on termination of the program.

Proag reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time without notice from participation in the Referral Program if we have a good faith belief they have violated any of the referral terms or are not acting in accordance with the spirit of the program.

 G. Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited, disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to this Referral Program or any reward shall be resolved under New Zealand Law.

 

Privacy & Personal information

To participate in the Referral Program requires the Referrer to submit personal data about themselves and the Referred Party. This information may include but is not limited to Names, Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, Machinery information, Business type and size.  Personal Data that is collected as part of this Referral Program will be used to:

 

  1. operate and maintain the Referral Program, including providing referral rewards to qualified Referrer’s and contacting the Referred Party
  2. evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Referral Program,
  3. provide tailored communications and marketing,
  4. monitor compliance with the Referral Terms,
  5. comply with our legal obligations

 

Processing and storage of this personal data is subject to Proag’s Privacy Policy.   You may opt out of this program and any further communications regarding the Referral Program at any time by unsubscribing from any text or email or by contacting our Customer Service Team.
